    Responsibilities & Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    Kitchen Help & Meal Preparation

    • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of meals under the guidance of our chefs.

    • Help with plating and presentation to ensure each dish meets our standards.

    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

    Dishwashing & Cleaning

    • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.

    • Ensure all kitchen and catering areas are clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.

    Deliveries & Catering Services

    • Safely and promptly deliver food and catering supplies to event locations.

    • Set up catering displays and ensure all items are properly arranged and presentable.

    • Interact with clients on-site to ensure their needs are met and address any last-minute requests.

    Necessary Requirements:

    • Show up with a positive work attitude and a strong work-ethic.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for delivery tasks.

  • Catering Office Coordinator

    Are you organized, detail-oriented, and excited about bringing events to life behind the scenes? We're looking for an energetic and reliable individual to join our catering office team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring events are scheduled smoothly and executed successfully by supporting both our clients and operations team from the office.

    Position Overview

    As a Catering Office Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between potential clients and our catering team. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring all event details are captured and communicated clearly. Most of your work will be done from the office using scheduling software, email, and phone, but there may be occasional support needed for deliveries or on-site coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from clients.

    • Schedule and confirm catering orders and event details using our event management system.

    • Create and update client proposals, invoices, and contracts.

    • Coordinate with kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and event managers to ensure every order is prepared and delivered accurately.

    • Follow up with clients for feedback, payment, and repeat bookings.

    • Maintain detailed and organized records for all active and past events.

    • Occasionally assist with local deliveries or on-site setups when needed.

    • Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and streamline internal processes.
